2/5, 2/19/2011 - After a successful presentation in Florida, Nicole also presented her paper on Rachmaninoff at both the Michigan Interdisciplinary Music Society's "Conversations" conference and Indiana University's annual Graduate Theory Symposium. Further conference engagements TBA. 1/15/2011 - Nicole has been invited to present an analytical paper on Rachmaninoff's Etude-Tableau in D, op. 39 no. 9, at Florida State University's annual Music Theory Forum. More Fall 2010 News
11/8/2010 - Two of Nicole's settings of poems by Alex Posey, Nature's Blessings and A Vision (2006), were performed at Dr. Kirsten Kunkle's faculty recital at Lincoln University (PA). 10/15/2010 - The Scherzo from Nicole's Suite for Two Pianos (2008) was featured at Indiana University's annual Graduate Theory Association recital (Nicole DiPaolo and Jason Jedlicka, piano), at which she also gave a solo performance of Rachmaninoff's Etude-Tableau in D major, op. 39 no. 9 .

Summer and Fall 2010 Happenings
9/1/2010 - Nicole has begun serving as a class accompanist for Indiana University's Pre-College Ballet Program, in addition to serving as a vocal and instrumental accompanist for select School of Music students. 8/1/2010 - Nicole's most recent composition project, Five Miniatures for Flute and Violoncello , received a partial premiere at Indiana University's Jacobs School of Music (Auer Hall), with Jessica Banks, flute, and Eric Allen, violoncello. More Spring 2010 News
3/2010 Introduction and Variations , a work for violoncello and piano commissioned by cellist Alana Bennett, was premiered this spring at Indiana University's Jacobs School of Music (Alana Bennett, cello; Nicole DiPaolo, piano). 2/11-2/13/10 - Nicole's viola duo Three Episodes was selected to be performed at Ball State University 's annual New Music Festival (Muncie, IN). It was performed by Profs. Philip Tietze and Eleanor Trawick, violas, on February 13, 2010.
