From VENTURING BEYOND, this is Andante in A-flat - the only early-intermediate piano piece in A-flat major of which I (the composer) am aware.

<i>Notes on the composition:</i>
“Andante” is a widely used term that describes a relaxed, walking tempo. Many middle movements within larger three or four-movement works will have an Andante (or even slower) tempo marking. In this piece, the right-hand melody should be projected, keeping the accompanying left hand in the background.
Skills employed in this piece:
*Shift in left-hand position and occasional passages outside the pentascale
*Clef switching
*Legato and phrasing
*Small variations within repeated passages (most commonly found in Mozart)
*Preparatory study for Mozart and other Classic-era slow movements
