Description
This short and sweet piano piece (composed when I was 11 years old) has recently shown merit as a teaching piece. I assigned it to an adult beginner student who was having difficulty "letting go" and allowing his wrists to move flexibly for optimum alignment--but the arpeggios approaching each of the full cadences proved very helpful for him in this area. The piece doesn't require any reaches wider than a major 6th, making it perfect for kids as well.
