Spring 2021 News & Schedule

5/10/2021 - Among a host of other exciting spring/summer projects, I've joined a team that will be creating a new method book for beginning pianists based on Hungarian-school technique principles. I'll be contributing a number of compositions to the project. This project is something I've hoped to see in existence for years!

5/7/2021 - I've just accepted an invitation to preview my "The Singing Piano" solo program for a private banquet at Rose Senior Living in Beachwood, OH. I'll post more information in the event that it's able to be streamed.

4/2021 - I'm thrilled to announce that I'm joining the artist roster at Sing for Hope for their Healing Arts Initiative this year. In May and June I'll be streaming a customized opera-inspired solo recital program, "The Singing Piano," at various senior homes to help combat isolation. I'll provide more information (including ways to listen, if available) as it comes in.

3/28/2021 - I'll be virtually collaborating on a private online recital as orchestral piano for the Allegro from Alexander Scriabin's Piano Concerto in F# minor, op. 20, replacing a previously planned performance with orchestra. I'll post more information for interested viewers in the event that the recital is made public.

2/26/2021 - I'll be stepping in as the collaborative pianist for a choral event at the Chabad Jewish Center of Solon. Since choir performances have been few and far between in the past year, I'm looking forward to the opportunity!

2/2021 - I'm happy to announce that my online piano, music theory, and composition studio has been growing very quickly. I now have limited spots available, most of which are in the late morning or midday in the US Eastern time zone. These coincide with after-work/after-school slots in most of Europe, so I'd love to connect with you if you're a potential student living in Europe and finding that local teachers are all booked up during these slots! For more information on my studio, please visit my dedicated studio site, Studio DiPaolo.
